Checking your Plusnet Mobile coverage
How to check the coverage you should be getting for calls, texts and mobile internet.
Mobile coverage FAQs
To check the coverage for calls, texts and mobile internet that you'll get in a particular area, just pop either a place name or postcode into our coverage checker.
The results are an estimate but they will give you a good idea of the outdoor coverage you can expect. This map cannot guarantee the availability of mobile services in any particular place. That's because mobile reception can be affected by things like building materials, tunnels, mountains, tree cover and weather conditions. And remember, to use 4G you'll need a 4G phone, SIM and plan as well as 4G coverage.
We'd recommend that you check your coverage at home, at work and where you regularly use your mobile before you sign-up.
If you find our coverage isn't as expected and you signed up online or over the phone, you have 14 days from the day after we accepted your order to cancel our agreement – see our Mobile cancellation policy for more information.
Unfortunately, after this period you can't cancel or change our agreement because you're not getting signal unless this is due to our network being faulty. If you think our network is faulty, please let us know. We'll look into it and see what we can do for you.
